Training of Trainers
This qualification reflects the role of workers in a range of community services and clients’ homes, who provide training and support in a manner that empowers people with disabilities to achieve greater levels of independence, self-reliance, community participation and wellbeing.
Introduction
The Training of Trainers (TOT) program is designed for individuals who wish to become effective trainers in their field. This course covers everything from designing training programs to delivering engaging and effective learning experiences.
